It's a very nice and clean mall. You can find a little bit of everything starting from banks, clothing stores,  restaurants,  gym to supermarket  ( Publix). It's abvery good one.

the traffic is this area is horrible.  but the shopping is quaility.  the parking spaces are to tight, it's an accident waiting to happen

This very busy plaza boasts many shops and stores. 

It is primarily “anchored”, however, by L.A. Fitness to the west and Publix to the east. It also boasts a Starbucks, a CiCi’s Pizza, a major Chinese buffet and a credit union. 

Though it is relatively easy to get to this plaza by car, be prepared to fight for parking. 

Getting to this plaza by foot is not bad, but crossing Miami Gardens Drive (NE 186th Street) is a challenge if you’re coming from points north, west, east. If you’re coming from south, simply walk along either NE 15th or NE 18th Road which turns into NE 19th Avenue. 

Getting to this location on bicycle is very tricky. If you do not ride in traffic, be prepared for some interesting maneuvering if coming from points west, east and north. Coming from south, use NE 15th Avenue since there are bicycle lanes there. There is a bicycle rack next to the L.A. Fitness, but that's about the only bicycle amenity to speak of. 

Getting to this location by transit is not bad, since it is served by three, major, full-time bus routes operated by Miami-Dade Transit. Also the bus stops are conveniently located very close to the plaza, but once you vere from the pedestrian paths, watch out for motorists; they tend to speed in this parking lot, for some reason.  

The surroundings are kept clean. There is some plaza-provided out-door seating situated in front of the Space Coast Credit Union. However, the benches are concrete and can be uncomfortable since they’re exposed to the elements. 

There is also outdoor seating at the Starbucks and a family-owned restaurant next to the credit union

Average strip mall, not good selection of stores. Publix, buffet and nice pizza place Munchy’s.
