Sometimes I look a negative reviews and I wonder what the motive is such as the person claiming to be "abused" by the apartment manager.  I currently live at Shoreview and I am posting this because it's a great property.   Last evening my puppy wandered off.  I was frantically searching and by the time the complex "woke up" I'd been looking for hours.  All of the community helped me search.  I ran into one of the maintenance men when he was out walking his dog and he took his dog home and walked the whole area, EVERY BUILDING looking.  When the office opened she called he main maintenance man and the woman who does housekeeping, she walked every where looking the entire community was looking and very concerned.  We eventually found him.  He's very friendly and had gone to visit someone's patio late at night and they took him in, fed him, posted they found him but I was frantic so I didn't think to look on craigslist.  One of the long time residents did when he saw the picture and he found him.  When he was found part of pool crowd called in to the office to confirm he was found safe and when it was confirmed everyone cheered at the pool.  THIS IS A GREAT AND CARING COMMUNITY from the top office staff to all of the residents.  If you're noisy and make trouble you're going to get yelled at.  They aren't super strict but they respect all of their residents so they are going call you out and that's good.  The buildings are old but the grounds are kept immaculate, along with the pool and the club house.  If you are looking for high luxury apartments Shore View isn't for you.  The apartments are nice, my daughter and I love how homey it is, we love our caring neighbors and we live across the street from the ocean.  It's a great place.

VERY Military friendly! Phenomenal and friendly staff. This place is second to none and only minutes from base! Best value for sure

Office employees are nice, atmosphere is nice. But hey don't lock yourself out because they will charge you $25.00 and if you don't have $25.00 in cash to hand over the second they open the door for you you're sleeping on the porch. Good thing I found a way in...they're not getting my money.
