This place has great therapists and APRNs, but the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I have had issues getting my medical records too (which is technically illegal) and had to argue over the phone with her until my therapist stepped in and gave me my diagnoses.

They won't release my records to me. They say they can't get me an appointment for a month. I say " GOOD-BYE "

This is the best experience I've ever had with psychiatry and therapy.

Unpleasant front desk service. Very rude and unprofessional. Also no answering service in case you need to cancel an appointment.
