Absolutely perfect! It's rare when you find a reasonably priced hotel that you would look forward to a return visit. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the decor was first class throughout, the poolroom featured a heated saltwater pool, 2 hot tubs and a fireplace! There is also an outdoor pool and and both were comfortably heated. The indoor pool is open 24/7, very nice. The views of the marina which is right outside were great.

We had stayed last year ad HAD TO get a room for our daughter and son in law for their one year anniversary!! This is what they had to say : 
Upon entering we were greeted and checked in within just a few minutes and the staff was kind and friendly- even giving us a great place to view sunset and ice cream near by. The hotel is STUNNING and full of vintage flair (we own an antique mall, so this was right up our alley!) The stay was more than enjoyable! I told my husband Id rate them at 12 stars on a five star scale and he agreed! Great staff, the entire building is so clean, great pool area, great food- EVERYTHING IS AMAZING! The one downfall? We only stayed for a night! Next trip we have to stay longer so I can soak up this place more! FANTASTIC!!!!!!

Staff is incredibly lacking. They do not focus on customers or assisting them. I saw staff help coworkers before assisting customers. The hot tubs were unclean and not maintained. The dead skin cells and water mix to make bubbly foam, this can easily be fixed by adding the appropriate chemicals. Something no one did during the 3 days we were there. The security staff was rude and confrontational.  I was part of a larger group that was staying there for a wedding. The staff was inconsistent at best. Some of the group received the packages they were supposed to for the wedding, others did not. I talked to several members of our group and many were displeased. Including the mother of the bride who regrets ever telling their guests of the wedding to stay at the Shoreline. The only positive was that the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. I would not stay here again.

Great customer service!! We had no TV for 1 night but Tony hooked us up with a DVD player, movies and breakfast for 2 days as well as a discount for the room. Everything worked the next day. One of the best experiences of any place I've stayed. Very clean, great views very friendly helpful staff. I couldn't ask for better!!

Odd rooms with few mirrors. No room service completed during our stay. Complimentary breakfast was above average. Odd noses and dripping noted at night when it was quiet. Staff were friendly. But, I was staying for a wedding and the bar at night got a bit crazy with a few verbal fights between security and drink patrons.
