Felt very processed there. The had to make my glasses multiple times and my husband's glasses multiple times. At this point they still haven't gotten either of our glasses correct. They never asked if I wore contacts, nor did they ask if I was having any vision concerns. The femal tech thay does the fittings and adjustments was very curt and rude with me, and acted as though i was interupting her day. The first pair that i picked up, she handed to me and never even attempted to adjust, just shooed me out the door so th them . I would never recommend this place for any reason! I am into them for well over $1000.00 and have no glasses or even a valid prescription to show for it.x Update: on the third set of glasses....they are STILL wrong. Both my husband and myself are having the exact same issue. This is unacceptable. NEVER USE THIS OFFICE.

What a joke. Sat for a half hour. Got called back. All that was for was medical info. Sent back to the waiting room. Sat for over an hour. Got called back again and was told the doc would be right in. Waited at least a half hour there. No visit to the eye doctor should take more than 2 hours. I can only imagine how long it would have been if I had to have my eyes dilated. Since my initial appointment I have had nothing but trouble. I picked up my glasses only to discover there were bubbles in one of the lenses. They attempted to hide this from me but luckily I caught it. I complained then that the frames didn't seem to fit my face and they said they were just right. Well I finally got my glasses with the new lens today. They still feel like the don't fit right. I took them off and noticed that one of the arms is bent outwards. Perfect fit, hardly. They are obviously too small for my face. What a waste of time. Went back to my old glasses and will be finding a new eye doctor

Have been going to DR Pascavis since middle school! Love the office and their friendly/helpful staff. Would recommend to anyone.
