We have visited this place in the past always amazing but this trip was even better!!! Went to the spa received a facial and massage from Jade👍 was the best massage ever. Had a lovely yummy meal w great service in the hotels restaurant. Room are extremely clean and the bed is super comfy. Staff is great. Customer service is a ten!!! Will be back again.

Very nice on the outside. Inside is very clean. Staff is always friendly. Lots of events happening, walking distance from the casino, also a gas station and grocery store next to the casino. Very nice rooms. Book in advance if going on a weekend. There might be a event happening.

The rooms were nice and the food was good. It was annoying to have to ask for anything extra, ketchup, jam, more water generally that comes out with food or is already on the table. My reason for 2 stars is we booked 4 rooms and when we arrived they couldn't find our reservations and after a long wait they finally found them but overcharged compared to the rate we booked at. When brought to there attention. They said they couldnt change it but would call when they had a manager that could look up our reservation. Well.... still waiting for that call.

Love this hotel! The staff is really friendly, and the rooms are clean and well layed out. Its one of my favorite in a hotel room ever!
