They were fantastic!!!. At 9pm I called them and they were out in an hour with a team of 3, found the ice dam and removed it. Leaking in the house stopped. They followed up next day to insure no problems and they will advise us what to do to avoid problem in next large snowstorm.

This company is top notch! We live in a higher end HOA in a beautiful area of Kane County, and our townhomes are quite large...having quite complicated roofs with high pitches and many dormers. We began a reroofing program in 2010, and we have about 5 more buildings to go in the development before it is complete. In addition, Showalter has helped us with  5 buildings that were reroofed by another company less successfully BEFORE we discovered Showalter and which we have had numerous problems with. The roofs that were done by this OTHER company have had major flashing problems by the chimneys, causing a lot of leaks but Showalter fixed those for us. So we got them to do the balance of our buildings for us. They have done a great Job! They are professional, hardworking, and really know what they are doing. Their work is careful and neat. They always showed up when they were committed, except of course weather permitting. We are exceeding proud of our neighborhood and would not trust another roofing contractor to touch our roofs. The roofs are beautiful AND keep us DRY! The workmanship is stellar, and the partnership we have with this company is highly valued. Thank you to the crew and administration at Showalter Roofing for their workmanship and the value they place in their customers.

They were recommended by my coworker due to a leak. They came out quickly to do the estimate and had the job done for us the next week.  Thanks to Heath for the great service. As younger home owners we have to trust what the professionals tell us. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the straight to the point, detailed evaluation of a slow annoying problem that seemed to get out of control this spring. Thanks!! Will be keeping these guys number handy for all future needs.

These guys are awesome and Jenny does a great job explaining the process. Only roofing company ill use and with their warranty's it should be the only company ill ever need.

We had a skylight blow off our roof in the middle of the night in a rain/ice storm in February. They had our opening secured with a weather barrier by 9 AM the next morning and installed skylights at a reasonable price when the weather was better.
