I would have given in this theater five stars but they need to change the seats to the recliners. I bought a friend who just moved to Boston and she thought it was nice classy place. We went to see black panther and there were about 50 seats available but when my friend went online to get a ticket hours before it was sold out!?! 😤 What's up with that?!?! Was this a sabotage?!?! A conspiracy to not have a good turnout rating?!?!

Great theater to go to, friendly and helpful staff, convenient parking at P2 of legacy place garage with crossover walkway. Would be great to have the ability to reserve specific seats or have wide recliner style seating similar to AMC or Regal!

Not enough employees working at other station. Certain products that are advertised are unavailable. I'm a regular at this theatre because I live close and other theaters I've been to are much more productive with much more options.

I went to a Lux Level movie last night, and we were told to arrive 15-20 minutes early to make sure our food and drinks were ordered before the start. Our movie was at 8:40, so we arrived at 8:15. Our waitress didn't come over until 8:40 to take our order and the one for a group of girls in front of us (who had only arrived at 8:35). My friend and I each ordered a drink with our complimentary popcorn. We then missed a few previews while she took orders from those around us. At 9:10, she came back with our popcorn, which wasn't buttered. When we asked for some butter she took the popcorns and they came back with a small amount of butter, but with butter all over the outside of the bag. It took another 10 minutes until we got our drinks, so about 40 minutes after the movie started and over an hour after we originally sat down. Through the movie the waitress walked down our row and the row in front of us blocking the screen, and when it was time for checks, she came late and gave the wrong checks to people, every other section was cleared out before we had even paid. It was an overall very frustrating and unemployable experience. When I go pay extra for lux level I expect to not be interrupted throguhout the movie, and if they ask me to show up 20 minutes early, that they are ready to take orders then. Overall a very disappointing experience, I wouldn't recommend.
