I did purchase a faulty Dafni brush from this store, but Showcase was perfectly helpful and professional throughout my exchange process.  They reprinted my receipt for me and had me in their system as an Insider. I would say their store policy is not that great but the employees are understanding and extremely reassuring.

Thank you to the sweet employee who helped me out this morning. The service was excellent and she helped me find everything I needed without rushing me. There was only 1 person working the store and it was busy but she wasn't flustered or frustrated and did a great job helping everyone. I love showcase for my specialty gifts. Had another great experience today.

I was looking everywhere for fingerlings and people said check showcase they might have it  
and they had lots I bought them with a heartbeat and the lady behind the counter was really sweet and nice

This place sells the worst stuff.  Went in for a refund and not only do they not refund but the b#}%h behind the counter "ally" is already telling a customer that she's been dealing with people "like her" all day and that people "like her" think they are "entitled" to a refund.  Um, yes stupid. They are ! Never again ! I'm reporting this to the BBB and the ministry of consumer and business affairs.  Save yourself the headaches.  Stay aware from this place and it's incredibly RUDE staff !!!

The people that work at this store are extremely rude.  I have been in their multiple times and I've seen them approach customers asking them if they are going to buy anything.  And if not to leave.  I went in tonight with my 2 kids (6 & 5).  I was looking at buying something.  As I was looking at the product my kids were behind me looking at the fidget spinners that were on display to use.  I wasnt the only customer in the store at the time. The worker was helping another customer at the cash.  He left that customer came to me and only me and told me the store was closing in 10 minutes. And stood their looking at me as if I had to leave because my kids were being kids, trying out the biggest thing right now, fidget spinners.  Seems to me that anyone with kids are not welcomed in this store because kids touch things. And if you want to buy something you have to pick it off the shelf and buy it without examining the product.  They might as well lock everything up in cages to protect their less then par products.
