I love our airport! No lines, friendly people and easy to get around. The ticket prices seem to keep going down over the years as well.

Small airport so it is easy to get in and out. The problem is there are no signs and don't expect your airline to tell you where to go, even if it's your first visit. The monitors do not state what gate to go to and there are two security stations splitting half the gates. You have a 50/50 chance you are going through the right security line. If not, you have to do it all over again. (PS - I have Pre-check. I didn't have to take my laptop/toiletries out the first time but did the second time). Just some simple signs that state which airlines are on would make the process ten times easier.

Made it safe to Shreveport from Anchorage. It did not take long to receive bags.

Small airport with friendly & courteous staff.  Easy to get in and out. Parking can be a hassle but if you arrive early you will have no problems getting to your flight. Wish they had a Starbucks or some other full service coffee shop that makes specialty drinks. Going through security is a breeze as long as you arrive early and don't expect them to whisk you through. Normally I can check in, go through security and be to the gate in 20 minutes. Larger airports it can take an hour or more.

Easy in/out, plus staff is friendly. Definitely in need of general maintenance and cleaning. The facility simply does not "shine" like other small airports in the region. The benches after security were disgustingly dirty. 

Additionally, who would the community approach to lobby for Southwest to come to Shreveport?
