They only see new patients at 0800 which is very inconvenient because we live 2 hours away. I tried to explain that to the lady on the phone but she said there was nothing she could do. So I had to drop my older kids off with a friend at 5 am so we could be there on time. It's hard to find with the directions we were given via Google maps. The staff was nice, from the security guard to the check in staff, also the nurses and resident were very friendly. The physician however was in our exam room for less than 60 seconds and seemed very annoyed that we were there for what she called a "cosmetic issue." We were referred to Shriners by our pediatrician because my son's right foot turns inward and he has never crawled and isn't walking yet (he's 13 months). So we all thought it was because of his foot. Overall it was an okay experience, will not be returning, we will ask to be referred to Texas Children's Hospital instead.

Made my grand-daughter's legs and feet perfect! She can dance! She can run. She can wear 'pretty' shoes. Thank you

I have been a patient here since I was 2 months old and I met most about 95% of my friends here and I plan to work here while I am going to college and before I pursue a job as a cruise director.

I used to be a patient here ( I'm all fixed up) and they were always so nice. All the things they did for us was amazing.
