Amazing! Based on previous experiences I have avoided shuttle express due to older vans, sometimes packed, and in general prices that didn’t compete with some towncar services. This most recent trip we used them however and had a great experience. Kind driver, and be new SUV with only us in the car! It was a great experience and will be using them to get home as well with the family. Very impressed!

The driver on my outbound trip was an excellent driver, safe, efficient and polite. On my return trip to the airport Shuttle Express sent a black Town Car. The driver was in a black suit, helpful and very polite and also an excellent driver. My one regret was that I had very limited cash and I gave him a tip, however I felt he deserved much more.

The worst shuttle experience I've ever had. I chose this company because my travel partner had had good experiences with them. No one was at the desk so I called the number posted. I waited fifteen minutes to talk to someone who was very curt and rude and couldn't even give me an ETA. she said that she'd sent my reservation to dispatch and that they come every 30 minutes. 30 minutes pass and no one comes so I call back. They say I have to check in with the station agent. If you say "your reservation was sent to dispatch" then that means I'M CHECKED IN. I waited ten minutes in line (with 2 people in front of me) to check in. The guy checks me in and I start to offer some feedback about how these things need to be communicated. He SNAPS AT ME and interrupts me, so I say, "I know you can't change it I'm just offering some feedback." he snaps back "I understand that and I'm on your side and we're doing the best we can." so I was told it'd be another 25 minutes. Fortunately it was only 15 and the driver was helpful and polite. He was unique in that because everyone else I spoke to was rude. Apparently the "express" in the name isn't about speed but how much they "express" their complete disregard for their customers.

The vehicles were clean and comfortable and the drivers were professional and so helpful. We loved this service and wouldn't hesitate to use it again!

Definitely they need to reconsider their name. Should it be TURTLE somthing. Express? Seriously? Even it doesn’t deserve $1 Waited at least an hour in the air port! Update: next day from a hotel to airport, my pick up time in the document was 10:15 am and I’ve waited since 9:50 am with 2 little kids and the ride didn’t show up even until 11:10 am. I tried call them several times but they answered only first one. All following calls were hung up in about 5 minutes. Felt like it was intentional. I ended up with using a cap waiting at the hotel front gate because I worried about being late for my flight. The fare was just $3 higher than this service but immediate ride. Don’t use this. Not cheap not fast why? I will never recommend this to anyone I know. This service ruined entire my experience in Seattle!
