The best. Reema is real professional and she knows her stuff. She got me out of a lot of trouble and save tons of money. Plus she sold my house in two months. Real trustworthy person. She talks a lot. She doesn't brag about money. Customer satisfaction and job perfection is her main goal.

What a surprise and we lucked out. Reema is like a breath of fresh air in a profession (real estate) that really gives humans a bad rap. We were able to sell our house quickly and at our asking price. We can't say enough to compliment this girl's helpful, informative- yet non-BS manner. WOW is that hard to find. :) David also dealt with the buyer/agent people nicely, which made us comfortable. Five Stars for SHV !

The S H V Real Estate team brings great brings enthusiasm and gives me confidence to go through process of selling my house. We were going to a tough time and had list for short sale. Mainly, I was more worried my wife and kids getting affected by the situation. They acted quick and effeciently. S H V Real estate helped me sell my house for great price and quickly helped me get affordable apartment to rent.
