OUTSTANDING bike shop and one of if the the nicest bike shop i have ever been in and i visit bike shops everywhere i go. The employees are on the ball know what they are talking about and one Saturday when i went to buy a bike i witnessed people coming in with their bikes needing on the spot service and not one was turned away...THAT WAS AWESOME. JUST A FANTASTIC PLACE TO DO BUSINESS...JAKE IS AWESOME AND DAVE IS AWESOME GREAT INVENTORY ALSO...IT IS NOW MY ONLY PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

Purchased an amazing bicycle in April, 2016. Phil took the time to help me find the right bike (I love it!). I test drove about a half dozen of them, and I was thankful for his willingness to allow me to do this. He then helped me with some other items that I needed to purchase. He made recommendations based on what he thought might be beneficial to me and took the time to explain why. Highly recommend...

Called 2 & 1/2 weeks ago for an recall item. Was told it'd be there in 2 days, bike mfg says do not ride, called today still not in stock. No call, no part, no bike...not the first experience like this. Be warned other reviews are by shop employees.

I went here looking for tubes and tires for an old bike I had, i called the business and they said I could bring in the bike and they would change the tubes and tires while I was there. When I arrived the man behind the counter he would finish his lunch before I needed help, then he asks if I could leave the bike there even though over the phone they said they'd do it right there for me so I decided to take the tires and tubes home and do it myself and not really to my surprise the tires and tubes were both completely the wrong size (I know this is partially my fault but I figured having told the staff 3 times what size I needed they could've given me the right parts) in conclusion not only was I lied directly to buy I was scammed out of money for parts that don't fit

I took my bike in for a tuneup. Zack did a good job and charged a fair price. The shop also has a large sales area and even a very nice little 'cafe'. The tables and seats on the front deck top it off. We will go back again.
