Sidney Health Center is a not-for-profit community based medical center
that has been serving people in the MonDak region for more than 100 years.
Our passion for caring is shared by the doctors, nurses, and several hundred
employees and volunteers.

Story

Located in the heart of Richland County, the attractive Eastern Montana campus
includes an acute care hospital, clinic area, retail pharmacy and an extended care facility offering a complete range of services from birth through end-of-life,
which is complemented by an array of outreach services.

I had my first baby at this hospital about one month ago and I could not be more happy with my experience. The facility was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the care that my baby, my husband, and I received  was fantastic. Every person we came in contact with was totaly professional, extremely kind and incredibly helpful. This was the perfect birth experience and I would not change one thing about it.

I had my daughter here and the OB section was amazing. 5* to them and to the obgyns. 1* to the ER as I always wait 5+ hours to get seen or for my daughter and each time they’ve either misdiagnosed my daughter or sent us home and she got severely worse. And the pediatricians are awful too. Been trying for 3 weeks to get my daughter in by phone call and leaving voicemails and physically going to their office for no one to answer and a locked door. The walk in clinic is also a joke. Took my daughter there and they said she had pink eye and prescribed an ointment to put in her lower lid and the next morning she woke up with both her eyes completely blood shot and took her back in to see someone else and she had a sinus infection and ear infection. Not pink eye. So I highly recommend making the drive anywhere else to see any other doctor besides these ones.

The flu epidemic has hit full force! And because of so many people having the flu and the hospital being "short"staffed, my kids sat in ER for 3 hours only to be sent home with a cough suppressant no xray of her lungs to see if she has pneumonia or bronchitis, if she has to go back to ER and find out she does have pneumonia or bronchitis, they can eat that bill! What a JOKE!! And to top it off the doctor confused her with another patient. Beyond pissed!
