We have been  Siegert customers for almost 4 years. Every time we have had issues with our AC unit(s), they always make it out to the house on the day I call. We never have to wait. They always fix the problem the same day. We never have to wait for parts to come in the mail. They are always friendly and very knowledgeable. We will always be Siegert customers.

After looking at the reviews and the number of them(4.5 stars and 22 reviews) we selected Siegert to complete a spring checkup of our system.  We could not have been more pleased.  Our technician, Elias, was very knowledgeable and thorough.  He discussed our system and it's condition with us afterward.  There was no attempt to sell anything.  He did note our thermostat was an antique and gave us several options for replacement whenever we chose.  There was no pressure.  We would highly recommend Siegert.  We live in Woodcreek.

We were in need of a regular heating/ac unit checkup and heard great feedback on Siegert.  We lease our property and Siegert's staff coordinated with us both to ensure someone would be available.  After completing the service, I received a follow-up call detailing work completed, and was able to pay over the phone.  

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable.  Keep up the great work!

We were in need of 4 new air conditioning/ heating units for our apartment. Patrick Wren was very helpful, on the phone and onsite.  He went to the property and told us what size units we would need, inside and out. Patrick also let us know about a rebate for upgrading and becoming energy efficient from College Station Utilities.  The work was done on time and the property was left clean.  Thank you, Siegert, and Patrick.

Yesterday (Friday) evening I get home to find our home warm but the AC on. Hubby and I investigate to find inside unit runs, outdoor unit does not. We thought it might be overflow pan triggering the shut off but we didn't see any drainage coming from the pipe leading outside. We are at a loss. I call the company we purchased the unit from (just 6 years ago) but get no reply. By 9 pm we're miserable, so in desperation we check ourselves and our children into a hotel. At 8:03 am this morning (Saturday), I call Siegert One Hour, and they get me on their list (#4) of clients today.  Eliaz the tech calls me later and gives us a time. He arrives within minutes of his call, then gets right to work. He found our attic unit water pan filled due to a clog in the drain pipe. It needed to be unclogged and cleaned. He explained that usually there is a secondary drain for back-up, which like the primary drain would have drained outside (and thus be visible to us and alert us to the problem). He asked if we wanted him to install one, although it could wait. Regardless he'd be able to get us going. He gives us a quote, and we tell him yes, install. He goes back to work.  When he comes back out of the attic he reveals that he found a second drain already installed- just not connected! So he connected it - and that discovery saved us a nice chunk of change. As soon as he got the unit going, we could feel the house cooling off!  Kids were happy. Kids said seeing Mr. Eliaz arrive was better than Santa!  Kudos to Eliaz and Siegert One Hour for their professionalism and honesty!  I was dreading what a weekend call would cost us, but they're set up to have a tech on call -
 hence they're extended hours of operation. 

At the end of the service call I received a detailed bill, including a list of costs of services (like a menu). Indeed before Eliaz did any work, he provided us a cost at each step so that we could make an informed decision. We were able to pay with a credit card on the spot.  

Face it, HVACs (like kids) don't go down (get sick) on a M-F schedule. The folks at Siegert One Hour H/AC understand that, and don't take advantage of it to milk customers. Their professionalism and honesty earned my full and enthusiastic endorsement and my business!
