Usually fast.  You can stop off mail. Offers post office boxes Pharmacy takes about 20 minutes to get meds.

I switched to Sierra a couple years ago, and have never regretted doing so. New prescriptions rarely take more than ten minutes, much less than what I was used to at CVS/Walgreen's/Rite Aid. The staff has gotten to know me, too, so they know I sometimes take more than a week to pick up refills and don't pull them right away, and they recognise me when I walk in and often have my order waiting by the time I reach the pick-up window. They also are great about dealing with my doctor, and are much more proactive than the big names; if something hits a snag, they call me and let me know rather than waiting for me to call them to figure out what's going on. The only drawback is the shorter hours, but that really hasn't been a problem and doesn't come close to undercutting all the benefits.

Very satisfied. I used to fill my prescriptions with their competitor across the street but got too frustrated. I wish I had filled at Sierra sooner.
