After interacting with Signature in work on my own house and 2 home inspections (1 buy and 1 sell,) I would not recommend them for your electrical work. They need some education regarding inspections, as they call out things as 'code violations' even though those particular things were not code requirements at the time the home was built. The work they did on my own house was not a great experience either. There were excuses for the things that went wrong, but I was left with a job not quite as I wanted and didn't think it was worth dealing with them to have them come back to fix it.

Did an electrical inspection of our home and wouldn't give us the details so we could make repairs and stated "We like to keep it vague because we want to be the ones to fix it".  Dirty way to do business!  Would NOT recommend this company.  Won't return my phone calls.
