I absolutely LOVE this FBO. ALL the employees are super friendly and professional. The building is very inviting and clean. I'd rate more than 5 stars if I could.

This Signature used to be the fantastic Scottsdale Air Center but was acquired by Signature a while ago. Since then, things have not changed. They continue to deliver top notch service to aviation teams.  As a flight nurse with a firm based in KSDL I fly into and out of here frequently, and always have friendly helpful people to assist with my needs. Tonight one of the ladies at the front desk Katie dropped everything she was doing to give me a ride to the hotel because the shuttle was out and about. That is usually unheard of at a Signature FBO.  They are usually like the Wal-Mart of airplane truck stops, but this Signature is top notch!

If anything describes this FBO it's money. From the G-4's littering the ramp, to the Maclaren cars parked in the lobby, to the BMW 8series and Mercedes parked out front, to the service fees they charge the impecunious need not apply. Or tie down overnight. They are, however, very friendly and solicitous and I found their customer service responsive.
