I came to Signature Health services for a walk in substance abuse assessment that was court ordered. I felt so welcomed here. The staff was sincere, caring and non judgemental of my situation and the facility was very clean. Even though no treatment of any kind was ordered, I'm still taking advantage of their psychiatric counseling because the vibe there was so good and genuine. If these are the type of services you need i would definitely come here first.

This place SUCKS. They set people up who are trying to better themselves for failure. I would rate no stars if had the option. The staff is rasist and don’t care about the blacks. I hope they get a whole new staff cause I will never go back to this place while it still stands.👏

The entire staff is top notch. My 2 years there have been transformative. I am grateful for the services they provide, nothing is overlooked. A shout out to Cristina .and Lindsey for being the ones who got me to this point of my success

They are not perfect, but very close. There pediatric doctors are really caring and helpful. Been using various services there for over two years and would never go elsewhere. Dr. Brewster and Gail Nevals will treat your child/ren like their own. My son loves it there!

Unprofessional phone operator I called to make an appointment she said she couldn't schedule me and that's fine I asked to speak to someone else and the ignorant woman hung up. First off you don't know what's going on with me and what priorities I have to put first. I have panic attacks so you hanging up on me is not the proper way of going about things I have 6 children who are more professional then the halfwits that you hire to answer your phones.
