My mom has been here 3 times and the staff have taken such great care of her. I thank all of them. She had to come back today and they all remember her, myself and my grandson. They even asked about him. The care here is great!

My mother was a resident at Signature in Ormond Beach, Fl. from January 2016 until she passed away at 91 in July 2017. Her care at this facility was exceptional! Whenever I called her she would talk about how great everyone was and how they were "very nice" and helpful. I visited mom often and I saw this behavior consistently. Everyone treated her with compassion and respect. I would like to especially thank Aimee Morrissette the Social Service Director for her exceptional assistance that we received from her for any issue relating to mom. Even at her visitation at the funeral home there were at least four representatives there from Signature to pay their respects. They didn't have to do that. I can't say enough about this facility except THANK YOU so much for making my mom's last years enjoyable and worry free!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I echo the sentiments my brothers have posted. Everyone there went above and beyond just taking care of my mom, they made her feel at home. She truly enjoyed being there. Why I truly believe that more now is that when my mom passed, they gave my brother an external drive with pictures put to music of my mom participating in all kinds of activities and each one she has a big smile on her face, and from what I seen in the pictures the staff really enjoyed those activities too.

I would like to thank the staff at signature Health Care also, while my Mother was living there, the staff always took very good care of her. When we went to visit they always said she was just a wonderful happy person . The entire staff was very involved in Moms care from the aids to the nurses to the therapists and the administration who took the time to talk with us whenever we came to see Mom. This is a very very wonderful facility who takes great pride in their residents. thank you all again for giving Mom a wonderful place to live until her passing.
