My only concern: I had taken an old wristwatch for repair and was told that it had to be sent out for the repair that they did not do this in house. It took a couple of months and my continually calling to expedite the repair so that I could get this watch back to give my husband for his Christmas gift. The repair was done well and my watch is back in time for Christmas, however if you have a time constraint on a repair thats not done in house you may want to think twice.

I took some jewelry in for repair.  A man, who I believe is the owner, helped us when we took the pieces in.  The work took somewhat longer than he said which was not a problem.  One issue is that the pieces were to be fixed and cleaned.  One piece turned out  great, the other was not cleaned to my satisfaction as they are a pair now they do not match.  When I asked to have it cleaned better, he made a vague swipe at it and handed it back without a word.  It did not fix the problem and in fact my husband had to clean off the smear he made on the piece with his shirt.  Another issue,  he made me feel uncomfortable being in the store.  I do not think this man wanted my business or appreciated it. He could not be bothered to speak even though he walked right in front of me.  Long story short, I think if you are one of his upscale clients you will be treated well.  If you are not, then you should find another jewelry store as I will be doing in the future.  The young lady who took my money was very nice and appeared to be embarrassed by his behavior.

Shopped several jewelers for an engagement ring and Chris was totally honest and glad I went with him on the ring.  She loved it and I am the winner in the end!  Locally owned and family operated business.
