Pushy with sales. at the follow up appointment, I was laughed at and asked "but you can't frown?" What??? I just did the small areas between my eyes...I don't see any difference. Total waste of money. Lacking in client attention and customer service.

I do not recommend this place. I went for laser hair removal with six treatments and it didn't work. The treatment applications were really inconsistent. Some technicians were more thorough and actually put in the effort, and others just did it quick like they cared more about just being fast then doing good work. Anyways it didn't work, my hair continued to grow pretty much the same after 6 months of treatment as it did before the treatment. I shave pretty much every day! Pretty ticked I subjected myself to the pain and annoyance and wasted my money. Totally for nothing.

Review based on Groupon ($99) for the Laser Hair Removal for 6 treatments over 6 months. I used it for underarm hair removal. It would have been an awesome deal, but it didn't work. I was told I am an ideal candidate because I am olive complexion, don't burn easily, and have dark hair. I would not recommend their hair removal service for multiple reasons: 1) I didn't receive the appropriate progression of laser treatments - for six treaments, hair removal should have lasted more than a month. 2) Inconsistent service from technician to technician 3) Rude receptionist - not friendly or helpful. DETAILED REVIEW: It was difficult to schedule my first appointment due to their packed schedule, and I waited about 2-3 months before I got in. To avoid this problem in the future, I had to schedule the remainder of my appointments well in advance. I typically only waited 5-10 minutes; once I waited more than 20 minutes; and another time I waited almost an hour. The time I waited an hour, I overheard the receptionist taking care of personal calls while ignoring incoming calls. I asked her at about 30 minutes wait, if I needed to reschedule and she went into the back area and returned and told me it would be a little longer. Turned out the technicican had not been informed I was there for my appointment. The technicians were all very nice and friendly. I had 4 different technicians over 6 appointments, so understandably my service was inconsistent. They also lost/misplaced my records after the first appointment and didn't bother to replace it until the fifth appointment. This may be partially why my service was inconsistent and the reason I may not have received the appropriate series of laser treatment to maximize hair removal (my hair was already growing back at a normal rate a month out after the 6th treatment). The technicians were all very nice and professional though. As I mentioned before, the front-desk receptionist was not nice, she was at best neutral and often rude and aloof. Also the office looked like Hobby Lobby spit up every single home decor item on it. Some may find it stylish, but I found it a bit overwhelming.
