I had a dental emergency. I reached out on social media and Signature Smiles came highly recommended. They made an appointment available that very day. I was greeted by pleasant people in beautiful surroundings. I was treated very well. I had to have an extraction, which is never pleasant, but Signature Smiles made it a positive experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

The people here are honestly amazing. You don't necessarily expect customer service when you go to a dentist office but from the receptionist Maria, the dentist assistants Nikki and Amber, Dr Omar, and to the finance specialist Danielle. They treat you like family and show care from making small talk to put you at ease to answer all questions in as much depth as you need. The fit me in last minute and helped me out with the original issue I came in for as well as helping me identify other potential future issues as well as plans to fix them. I am not the person to fill out a survey by any means for any business. But when you go here they don't treat it like a business they put your needs first above everything else. I pride myself on the service I provide to my customers and honestly I don't think I have ever truly met an entire team that treated me like I treat my customers until I met them. They truly shine above all others even customer service oriented businesses. You will not be disappointed if you just give them a chance you will be like me and actually looking forward to your next visit. (I apologize if I left anyone out or misspelled any names or did not title them correctly). These guys are great.

I have never been one to trust doctors or dentists. When I went into the office the first visit, I let them know that they would have to earn my trust and that they did. I am so happy that I took a chance on this practice.

Everyone at the Elyria location, which is the office I use, are very caring and take a sincere interest in there patients. I have been back quite often and I think I have dealt with each member of the staff.

I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a family dentist. You will not be sorry for giving them a chance to care for your family.

What a pleasant experience and well deserved 5-stars! Everyone is so polite, professional, and joyful and i wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my dentistry needs. I just recently had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and, though i was pretty nervous, the staff were very understanding and comforting and the surgery went very well. Dr. Yacoub did a terrific job and you can definitely tell that he genuinely cares for your well-being and comfort, as does everyone else there. Thank you Signature Smiles!

Really impressed with this place. Everyone was so friendly. I called in on a Saturday morning last minute with a severe toothache and they were able to schedule me an hour later. They were able to easily identify the problem and set me up with an appointment at 9 am their next business day. Would definitely recommend to all friends and family!
