EDIT: Ignore the lies within the response below. Another reviewer substantiated my version of the events, along with the hotel camera footage that was obtained by a third party. The business ignores customers, lies to cover up their mistakes, and then deletes reviews from their Facebook page. Not your typical friendly Vermont business. 

Made an appointment here because of the convenient location. We were 15 minutes early and saw a woman still getting her hair cut, so we walked in the hallway until my scheduled time. We walked in to find someone else had just sat down, seemingly having taken my slot. 

We sat down and waited and waited and waited and neither hairdresser even once acknowledged we were sitting there - not even a casual "I'll be right with you", or "how can I help you?" Just several glances at us without a word. So after ten minutes of sitting there being ignored, we left.

 I'll be taking my business elsewhere now. I'd suggest this to others who actually want to get their hair cut, or even be addressed at all when you walk in the door.

I had Jessica Millett do my hair yesterday and she did an absolutely incredible job. She gave me some gorgeous and natural blonde highlights and slight trim. She was very friendly and professional as well as skilled.  I highly recommend her services. The overall feel of the salon is really nice and relaxed. 10 out of 10 :)

The woman are all very nice. They charge 15 bucks for a great men's haircut and will even throw In your hair being washed if you so choose. I'll be coming here from here on out.

John - I was sitting in the chair getting my haircut when you came in yesterday at 5:15pm. As I recall - once you were told "sorry we are booked for the night" you immediately asked for a place which may be open now.  I recommended a possible place and you quickly left.  Seems like from the tone of your review that you think being entitled to walk in anytime and get service is somehow related to being professional.  I think as you get a little older you will realize this may be somewhat unrealistic.  I also work as a professional and the stylist at Signature Styles has always accommodated my after work schedule.  Over the years I have seen her go out of her way to help people with appointments and products - as well as take walk ins on the spot.  She is always professional and is the only person I let cut my hair.
