They're helpful to some,  not so much to others. They seem to have difficulties in the method they currently utilize to fill the available units.  

Many applications will be rejected first...  they'll find a reason. Causing your first delay on getting placed on their long waiting list. 

Once you jump through their hoops,  often taking an extra few weeks that could have been spent on their "2 week-indefinate" waiting list.
