The room was decent but unfortunately we booked a two queen room that clearly showed a sliding glass door with a balcony however, when we got to the room there was no balcony. After speaking to the front desk clerk who was understanding and polite she called her manager over who did not care and offered no solution. She told us it wasn't her problem and she wouldn't do anything about it. Beware of bait and switch if you are considering booking a room call first to confirm it is what's pictured.

The rooms are decent with room to move. Conveniently located near beach access and restaurants. The parking is tight, beds are hard, and great views. For the price it is a good deal. 3.5 stars from my experiences around the country.

Location location location. Stayed here for the Total Solar Eclipse. Siletz bay is shallow and walkable. Very close to Mo's. Lots of stars in the sky. Loved opening the windows and having the beach breeze blow in. Though this is far south enough I was surprised it's considered Lincoln City. Was in a standard double queen with plenty of space for 4 humans. The accommodations were nice enough, nothing too fancy but most people are tracking sand in anyway. I think they need a new elevator (was in and out of order while we were there) and the continental breakfast was minimal. Staff waa friendly and got elevator up and running for those who needed it. Lobby closes at 10pm.

AMAZING LOCATION. We stayed here during the sand castle competition. Loved being so close and not having to worry about parking. Each room is a little different in terms of carpet, patios, and bedding. There were definitely some weird unmaintained things like the outlets, lights, and windows. Every room has great views, cable, couch. Breakfast is ALL carbs: waffles, bagels, muffins, oatmeal. No fresh fruit or yogurt. There is a spa room aka a room with a hot tub. Staff is pretty casual and very friendly. Probably my favorite feature was the hose outside to get all the sand off your feet. Brilliant!

Absolutely love this place. You will want to bring your own pillows though, they won't provide extras or extra blankets. Other than that it is a great place for kids as the bay is the backyard. Great clamming too. Will definitely come here again.
