Silveira Law are the best DUI lawyers around, period.  After making a horrible decision, and driving with alcohol in my system, I made a great choice and contacted Silveira Law.  They literally took care of everything, A-Z.  In the end, my DUI was dismissed.  Mr. Silveira and his staff were amazing and kind, and completely on point.

I would have been happy with traffic school but Mike was able to have my ticket dismissed in full. Everything was handled through email, and my physical presence was never necessary. 

Mike's service was worth twice what I paid... and 1/3rd of what a similar case cost my in Hawaii. Two thumbs up! I'll definitely call Mike Silveira the next time I get tagged doing something stupid... like commuting to/ or from work... @ a "little" more than the posted speed!..............................

Mike Silveira was able to dismiss my red light camera ticket from the City of South San Francisco with a handful of emails and in a matter of weeks. The process was painless and for the flat-fee price, his services are cheaper than the cost of the ticket plus traffic school fees. I would much rather have my hard-earned dollars go to Silveira Law than the regressive tax system that is the red light camera ticket. I highly recommended his services.

My daughter got a traffic ticket in San Mateo. Mike was able to dismiss her ticket within a week. Mike was quick to respond to emails and his flat fee was very reasonable. Highly recommended his service.

This was my first experience using an attorney for a traffic ticket.  Michael was very professional and the matter was resolved without requiring traffic school and no points on my license.  I would use Michael's services again in the future.
