My husband and I went up for dinner last night for our first time. We made reservations an hour before our meal but there was also a couple who came in without reservations who were seated . The resturant is clean, quiet and has a nice ambiance. We had the choice to sit outside or inside, and we chose to sit inside. The drinks were great, we had a beautiful view of the lake and the food was AMAZING! We both had a steak, each different cuts and both were tender, full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The service was very friendly, and surprisingly fast for as busy as they were. We will definitely be going back. We saw many things on the menu we cant wait to try. We just wish the resturant was open year round.

Silver Beach Resort has just under 100 ft of swimming beach shoreline. The area around the swim dock is buoyed off to keep fishing boats away. But the swimming area is extensive. The parking lot will accommodate over 40 cars and 3 trucks with boat trailers attached with additional parking on the upper level. Check out the "See Inside" photo. It lets you walk through the restaurant, down to the beach and out to the end of the fishing dock.

Restrooms were the most disgusting thing I have ever seen.... And that includes rest and truck stops. Staff was about as bitchy as you could get, and the grounds were not maintained as a resort should be. Swimming area was tiny, parking lot was just as small. Had to make a 3 point turn just to pull out in my pick up. Will never be returning. I'll go spend just a little more and go to granite point park on loon, and get better facilities and way better customer service. Silver beach needs to learn a thing or two about how to run a resort.
