I hated this place they don't know how to cook. They falsify records saying a whole bunch of lies about you. They said I was on drugs, smoked, and drank. I never done drugs in my life, smoked or drank. I have a mental illness but I am still human with feelings. Convincing my family members to abandon me and sending me to a long term facility to deny my freedom is not ok. I know I'm supposed to forgive people to be forgiven by God but...i hope God still forgives me for writing against you guys. Most of the staff look like gang members.

I called today and spoke with the internal "social worker" Lilian A or something rather similar. Hospital webpage states that you deal with compassionate individuals. BS after dealing with this rude individual... and getting hung up on, it's ridiculous. I am trying to get information regarding my brother, you started off rude and ended up hanging up on me!!!! Do you have a degree???? What type of business etiquette is this???? We've had a bad experience with this hospital years ago... sad that it has gotten worst!!! I would give it a -10 rating sad that it's not possible doesn't merit even one star.

Worst horrible place ever..

If ,you said you are suicidal they will lock you there and trow the key.
You go there instead of get better you get frog legaly.
The hold place smells like medicine plus urin.
If they say you are x depress or desoriente . Ok, for them you can be institutionalised for life. This people is insane this private companies. Need to be supervise very carefully.
We us a social part need to watch on them. Get involved into.

oh so my reason for rating this place is because my brother was placed in here not even within 24 hours they had slammed him to the ground I totally understand why people are here but still it is NOT RIGHT TO ABUSE PEOPLE AND TREAT THEM ANY LESS BECAUSE THEY ARE HERE THEY ARE STILL HUMAN !! they still have family that will do things for them and make sure others are aware that this place should scare them to have any family member, spouse, or friend here 😠
