Good food and quick delivery but don't customize your toppings on the Georgetown. They always screw it up and something is missing. I ask for one item to be replaced with another and 90 percent if the time it's missing on the Georgetown. They don't always include pickles in the lunch boxes either, but most of the time it's there.

Great great food. But for the lady to say "It will be out shortly". And then when I call for the second time she says "I have a wait time of 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I only have 2 drivers and I'm swamped". And it's still wasn't here at 2 hours seems crazy. NO sandwich is worth a 2 hours wait. Maybe need more employees!

Took over 3 hrs. To NOT get my order delivered, yes I said to NOT deliver my order, and after the 3rd call all they could tell me was we tried to come out and we will refund your card may take 2 to 3 days!!!!  Worst experience with silver mine ever!!!! This location the manager was worthless and offered up no explanation or solution. Will never return and have already emailed corporate, let's hope they handle the situation better then there "manager" did.

I have never had a bad experience here. The food has always come out wonderful and the employees have always been extremely courteous. I've been in here at different hours throughout the day and it has always been well maintained and cared for. If you want a sub sandwich and you're tired of Subway or Quiznos and looking for something different and unique, make your way over here. You won't be dissatisfied.
