I went in with extra fabric that I had from reupholstering my chair. I wanted to do the pillow as well but I do not know how to sew, so I went in with the pillow and fabric and asked if they could just make me a pillow case for the pillow, nothing fancy just a simple pillow case. She just said no, and I said ok thanks and walked out because I know that she knew how to sew a simple pillow case she just didn't want to.
