We had incredibly high expectations but that was the highlight of the entire experience. While the staff was friendly, they were inattentive. The waiter did not return at all after our food was brought out to us. We ended up waiting 20 min after finishing our food before we got our bill. The food left a lot to be desired. My husband ordered the ribeye and was brought a cheeseburger instead which had no seasoning whatsoever. We could have gotten a better burger from just about any fast food location. I ordered the pasta with chicken which was very dry and appeared to have been reheated. The quality did not at all match up to the overpriced cost of the meal. I would not recommend this location at all.

Past reviews state service is great, ours was far from great. Must have been a new waiter. Left us with the finished dishes for way too long. We ended just putting them on the side of the table. Can complain more, but there's not enough room 
Also, we had to box our own leftovers, not typical of a high class restaurant

I can only give it two stars, one for the atmosphere and one for the staff. Nice people. Great interior design. The food, however, left something to be desired. I went in for the ribeye that got great reviews on maps here, but now they removed that and inserted a NY strip steak. They also changed the filet recipe among other things. I got the strip steak, fearing that this menu change might be the work of some innovative "bean counter" who had learned some new tricks in how to save on meat costs, by buying the cheapest thing possible. Especially steaks. Let me just tell you, that strip steak was inedible. It tasted totally disgusting, like scorched bleach. I have no idea what they did to it but I have never had a worse meal. The salad also was meh at best. The veggies were soggy, gross. And the mashers were equally just low par. How can u spend 70 bucks for one meal and have it be that bad? At least the waitress was congenial and tried to help by comping a dessert and discounting the dinner, but still, in all seriousness, how they manage to sell such low quality food in such a nice place is a mystery worthy of Alfred Hitchcock. I guess the bean counters fired all the talented or professionally trained kitchen help and replaced them with minimum wage schlepps. YUK!
