It was reflective of the price. We had to be there before 10:30pm to check in and we got overcharged according to the prices on the website. Breakfast buffet didn't exist and when we tried to check out, no one came to the front so we just left the key tucked behind the desk.

Very motorcycle friendly hotel due to the fact the manager Scott assigns your room where you have complete view of your bike in the evening. Rooms and furniture are dated but very clean. The manager directed me to numerous locations to dine during my pleasurable and quiet stay. There is no breakfast buffet, and the ice machine is as big as a shoe box, however Scott is one cool guy to ask for directions for off roading in the area. Will stay again if Scott is there.

The website says they are known for their breakfast buffet. There is NO breakfast. The website said you can check in at any time. You can NOT check in at any time. The rates on the website, are not the same when you show up. I addressed the things that were missing or different that the website stated. And I got "I cannot control what the website says". When I asked if we could check in early (over the phone), the gentleman who I was taking to said yes we can check in at 1, but it will be $10 (which I was okay with paying)but went on about how he will be losing sleep and time to eat breakfast so he could prepare our room for us. Didn't seem very professional to go on about how much of a pain it is to accommodate us. 
When we showed up to check in at 1:30 he (same guy) was surprised that we wanted to check in early.. Weird. Oh well.. we got in early.
The room was clean, except for a couple cobwebs and a spider or two. The rooms are good, just old. I personally didn't get any good rest, but I am not partial to super firm beds or real flat pillows. This place is alright if you aren't picky and are in a pinch. And the gentleman at the front desk was nice.. Just strange. I think I may just stay somewhere else next time I visit Burns though.

A nice comfortable clean place to stay with friendly people. The price was very reasonable. It is an older Motel. The owners cat was very friendly and cute.

The room is clean, bed good. Typical motel by side of main street,  so, traffic noise. Quaint western decor.
