We've been going to this restaurant since they opened. Best restaurant in the area. Anytime we have a birthday dinner, a celebration or family come to town, this is our go to spot. Today we experienced their Sunday brunch for the first time. They had some great options. Call ahead to avoid a wait. Ask for Sharif as a server. He has been our favorite server thus far & will give you stellar service.

Been going to great American restaurants for many years.  Always excellent food service fair prices and a wonderful time.  Trallyisd all of them when we travel. Thanks for maintaining your excellent standards. Huge fans for gift cards and every family event,!!!

I'm in my late forties, born and raised in this area and I've been to this restaurant more than any other - period.  The quality of the food has always been grade A and the service exemplary. I'm a big fan of their fajitas while friends of mine enjoy their surf and turf. If there is any fair criticism I can muster, it would be their menu, as I rarely see change. No matter for me.

I'm a huge fan of Great American Restaurants but only recently made Silverado one of my regular dining options. Part of the reason is because they implemented Resy for making reservations and the Resy app on iOS is a pleasure to use. Then I discovered their chips and salsa and the pinto beans they use for their fajitas as opposed to the black beans they use at their other locations. So good. The management team is excellent and the staff lives up to the high GAR standards.
