I received a sketchy looking piece of mail from a "Andy Benoit" addressed to my husband.  Inside was a letter about this person looking for their cousin inquiring about our house that isn't on the market offering top dollar. I thought that was strange that they put a business card and the letter of a "Vicky T"(no last name, just T) and a very attractive picture of herself.  As I look more I start to realize  how fraudulent this all is.  Please folks do your homework before releasing any personal information to anyone.

Tonia Witt from Silvercreek recently helped my sister and me sell a property in Boise.  I have never worked with anyone in real estate that I would recommend more highly.  She is  extremely bright, organized and efficient.  Everything she told us or recommended was right on track and the whole transaction could not have gone more smoothly from start to finish.  Additionally,  she went more than the extra mile at every turn and was such a great help to us even including packing, shipping furniture, moving things out and wherever else we needed help .  I just cannot say enough good things about her.   As an added bonus she is fun to work with.

One star because they send shiesty letters saying their cousins are interested in buying your property which isn't for sale. Looking at you Andy Benoit.

Not sure who the realtor was but they were quite rude. I am a contractor and I often help people make decisions before buying a home and it's a huge disappointment when an agent is rude. Wish I would have got their name.
