I am a Realtor and I needed a plumber to come to a house and change the water tank in the home. First I called Smalls because they installed the tank. They told me they could be there in 3.5 weeks. I then called Black Bear and they told me they could be there in 3.5 weeks. They also said maybe we can get someone there after hours for $180.00 an hour I then called Silverman Mechanical and they said we will get someone there today. After they diagnosed the problem another guy bought out the tank and they replaced it. From beginning to end it may have taken an hour. From now on Silverman Mechanical will always be the first person I call.

THE BEST BY FAR
Silverman Mechanical Saved my life, when I was on vacation, gone for ten days I was notified that my pipes froze . I called Silverman on a Sunday night and they immediately went to my house, turned the furnace on, defrosted the frozen pipes and than fixed and replaced the broken parts. They are Sullivan County's best and I strongly recommend them.  !00% trustworthy and they do great work at reasonable prices.
