Please save yourself a big hassle! 
After finding a place to park at Knott's I proceeded to get a "Shoppers Pass" for $45, walked briskly (there is a time limit to the pass) to where this silversmith should be only to be told they are in a different location. Following the directions I found the Indian Jewelry Store and asked about the silversmith only to find he retired 2 years ago. 
I could go on but I don't use foul language on a public forum. &^#**@%$
