When my dad was in an accident we checked around for car accident lawyers. We decided to see the attorneys at Simmonds & Wright. I found out that the big firm Mankato lawyers had guys who worked mostly for insurance companies. Those firms’ reputations were built on doing big insurance defense. that didn’t sound like the lawyers I wanted to hire. Turned out Mike Wright at Simmonds & Wright was very experienced handling car accident cases (over 30 years) and the firm doesn’t ever represent insurance companies. Even though our case wasn’t huge, he treated it like it was. We got a good, fair settlement in a reasonable amount of time. They were easy to work with and always got back to us in a timely manner when we needed to talk. I would strongly recommend Simmonds & Wright.

Mike is knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient in solving claims.  He is able to research and obtain all required pieces of evidence needed to obtain a favorable ruling.  He is an effective communicator and able to provide outstanding negotiation skills, credible rebuttal and a persuasive summary for the case.
