Well, apparently according to fail Gail, the receptionist. Who has obviously NO legal or paralegal degree, for which couldn't reference a new law and DNA sample. All I was asking was for the guy to explain why I need to, and call the courts for me. Figured it was worth at least 500 dollars for less than an hour of his tine. Good job Gail! Not!!!!

Mr. Simon handled a situation for me that was probably fairly minor for his capabilities and experience. However, he always made me feel my case was a priority and that my best interests were at heart. He was very responsive and made me feel very comfortable and confident. He walks you through every possible outcome and will really "go to bat" for you with his incredible demeanor. He is exactly what you look for in an attorney.

I highly recommend Mr. Simon and would not think twice who I'd call if I ever needed assistance again.

I retained Todd Simon of Simon Law Firm as my defense attorney to handle my case.   I found him to be very knowledgeable and professional when discussing my case with me and very articulate and effective in the courtroom.     Mr. Simon met with me several times, returned phone calls and emails,  and explained in detail the complicated aspects of the laws as they pertained to my case.  The outcome was even better than I expected because of his expertise and above and beyond efforts. 
My partner(Nancy) and I highly recommend Todd Simon.

We retained Todd Simon for our attorney  and feel he did a great job for us.  He is extremely knowledgeable in the field of law,  responsive to his client's needs and the situation they are in,  and has reasonable fees.  He helped us through a difficult time and was able to work with the courts in getting a reasonable and  fair outcome.   We would retain him for any future needs.  He is an excellent attorney.
