I shop here regularly I have spent Thousands there yes the staff is friendly and eager to make a sale but this store doesn't care about their customers. I spent over $400 in sneakers for back to school one of the pairs which cost $139 was Mitch match size I took it back asking for the right size a week later when we realized it and they were not as eager to help me with my problem. instead they were all pointing the fingers at each other saying it wasn't them or this wasn't me. The manager called the main store and was left on hold then she said she would try to help me and would call me back and that never happened. I am extremely disappointed because I'm constantly shopping there and they didn't care to solve my issue I guess they don't care to help me once the sale is done. I was surprised and sadden cause I thought they would help me I now feel that the Mitch match shoe was sold on pursue to make a sale. shame on you!!

Don't go to this store there return policy sucks they sold me different size shoes and they would not replace them there customer service sucks

This store sucks after spending thousands of dollars here went bought some Jordan's and they sold me two different sizes in one box I went back asoon as I noticed 5 days later the manager told me that the owner has to approve it I keep going to weeks in row looking for them to fix the problem the act like they don't care they will sell u garbage and they won't help u after they know they where wrong
