So I forgot to pick up a pair of shorts from the cleaners never got a call until today. She said I can pick them up or they can be donated. When I called back I was starting to apologize for forgetting the shorts and Simone became very rude. I would of picked them up but she hung up on me now I don't care about how much you paid for them to be fixed. I will never ever go back and will tell everyone I know to never go there either. What kind of owner is that.

Ok, so the tailor is in, sometimes. You will wait days because the 'tailor' takes your dress home with them. And they will rip apart a dress because they think an inch will do without measuring you for it. New York Style me @&#*.

The owner and tailor have no idea what "original hem" means. They completely ruined PRPS jeans. 5 pairs. Have any idea what that costs? If you come to this place expecting original hem you'll be sorry. Mr. Carmelo's in Pearl River is much better.

simones cleaners is great!  very pleasant staff...quick and courteous service..quicker than any cleaner weve ever been to and so friendly..so happy to have found a great cleaners to use and trust
