I don’t like posting reviews like this because I know washing cars is a hard job but,  Simoniz sure did a lousy job cleaning the interior of my car especially, considering I paid nearly $40 for the service! Large smudges were missed and they didn’t even seem to attempt to clean the floor mats. The cleaning staff also didn’t put my belongings back after cleaning under them. I had a couple of things originally under the seat that were left laying in the middle of the back seat. My car was only moderately dirty, but it did have some smudges on the interior from melting snow. One of the largest smudges was completely missed. I was in hurry when I left the car wash and didn’t notice these mistakes until I was a little ways down the road.   Below is photo of what they missed.

I noticed a deep scratch on my rear bumper after service. I can't prove that the car wash was the culprit as I did not do a detailed inspection beforehand. I would advise all who use this establishment to inspect their vehicles prior to washing, then inspecting again afterwards.

Fast, car is clean enough for the price. Guys that work so hard are sweet, kind and gentle souls that deserve a decent tip.

Paid for them to basically drive my car through the car wash & ruin my front seat! Carpet was not vacuumed, not dusted and they got muddy water on my floor mats. The worst part is they put something on my seat that took the color out & now it just looks bleached out, white filmy look. My dash had cleaner dripping down it.  The manager Fellippi told me they were owned by a large company, Wash Depot,  so basically can do whatever with no recourse. Very very sloppy!
