I continue to be impressed with Simons Heating and Cooling and their dedication to 'make it right'.  I've found that they have tremendous proficiency with Lennox equipment and specifically how to adapt and maintain these systems.  Nate knew exactly how to remedy a situation I recently had, came ahead of the scheduled time and completed the work well ahead of the expected time it took.  He made sure everything was operational and cleaned up proficiently.  Jason has been one of the most honest professionals I've worked with to date.  Great team!

Aaron and Lucas did a fantastic job installing our new Oil forced air furnace. they knew their craft and were professional. They were quiet and worked quickly. No mess was left at all. very polite professionals that deserve recognition

Hired them to install a boiler. Was done in a day. Works great and efficient. 6 star rating for this man. Very polite well educated in his field. He’s a new level of professionalism and would definitely hire him again for my heating and cooling needs. 100% would recommend Andrew to do your next boiler or cooling unit. A++

When i needed my ac unit installed. Simons was great. Especially the guy they sent his name was Matt. He was very nice and you could tell he really knew his stuff. The unit has had no issues

We decided to replace our furnace (62 years old) and hot water heater (15 years old), and called Simons Heating and Cooling for an estimate. They came quickly, gave us a fair price, offered us financing options, and scheduled an installation date at our convenience. They were available by phone and email to answer our questions after the estimate was sent. The installers they sent were courteous, efficient and answered all the questions we bugged them with during the installation. They didn't hesitate to honor one big request to have them locate the new hot water heater behind a chimney to give us more room in our basement, which was great. And when they left, they cleaned up every bit of mess, including sweeping the floor. We were very happy with the company and the installation.
