Absolutely terrible service!!!! I wanted to surprise my wife with flowers and when they did not deliver the lady was combative with me and blamed it on the fact that my wife did not answer her phone. Do not get flowers here!!!

Valentines day 2016 they are open!   Since Google has they are closed they are ready for your business and was able to get my delivery out ASAP they look great!

They made it right!  I ordered a $40 bouquet for Valentine's Day and was very disappointed with the arrangement.  I didn't feel as though it was a very professional display at all.  Mostly carnations with a couple lilies.  Not spectacular.  I called and told them about it and they offered to redo the order for me.  They did and it turned out absolutely great!  My wife was ecstatic.  Sometimes you just have to give people a chance to fix it.  I don't mind if a company isn't perfect.  No company is.  What separates the bad from the good is the desire to serve the customer and make them happy.  I am officially happy and will order from them again.

They do AMAZING work at Simply Delightful. You get what u pay for there, they always make your piece look full & put alot of hard work into what ever they do. Excellent service!
