Absolutely amazing in less than 4 hours on such short notice Betty was impecable with her knowledge and support. Was able to get me two units right away set up to start moving in my stuff the very same day. I couldn’t be happier with the service she has provided to me. I called at least 10 other places in The Valley and can genuinely say this is the place to go with! Betty you are great and deserve a raise ha-ha! Thank you for all your help.

Betty Karpinski was so kind and accommodating!!! We needed storage for the first time and lack of knowledge and communication from another place had be looking for a new storage place just days before our moving truck was full. Simply Storage had nothing hidden in fine print! I really appreciate her working with me at such late notice. I would highly recommend this storage unit!! I hope I never have to move again but if I or  my family need to use a storage unit we will definitely be returning customers! Thank you Betty!!
Got caught up in how great Betty was and forgot to mention the actual units! The units were clean and easy to get to. We had a 26ft truck, mini vans, cars and we all could navigate around and there was a place for our friends who were helping us to park. My times came out of the unit clean and without any odd odors!

Shaquana has been the most professional and honest person I've done business with. She sets expectations explains things patiently and makes sure u leave know you items are secure and will be taken care of.

My time there was fine, safe, secure, with extremely well kept facility, and the Coolest staff. Always make you remember that "customer service" is alive and well. Service after the sale was always helpful, polite, and kind.  Betty & Shaquana are the Best !
