In the worst of times and situation Jennifer and George were a God send to us. We had flown in from Cincinnati to assess damage and found our family home to be destroyed by Irma. Our goal was to salvage what we could as quickly as possible.
With the vastness of the destruction and damage what were the chances we would find any storage units available. 
Not only did we find one,  the facility was outstanding. The temperature controlled was perfect - too many experiences with "temp controlled" being way too hot, not here. 
The security on the facility was of the highest level to allow us the comfort of knowing what precious items we have saved would be safe.

So that is the facility, what made this stand out far beyond the facility was the concern, kindness, professional way we were treated by both Jennifer and George. They immediately put us at ease and felt as if we had a friend. Which we really needed in the circumstances. They quickly helped us procure a unit and made the dealings easy and quick so we could focus on our task at hand. 
At no point did we feel as if we weren't all they cared about, even though we knew they were likely dealing with their own issues due to the hurricane.
There isn't a way to do their level of service justice in a few words. I will always use them when needed and highly commend and recommend them to anyone.

Wow! Best storage facility in Naples. Jennifer and Jorge are some of the best managers I've dealt in my life. Very friendly, helpful and respectful. They always deliver superb customer service. Clean facility with carts, secure keypad use for elevators and the building itself, and good pricing. Would definitely recommend to my family and friends.

These folks are just the best. They are very friendly and they explain everything thoroughly and distinctly. They had exactly what I was looking for and it was right in the front. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you George and Jennifer, keep up the great work.

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the phenomenal property Managers George and Jennifer Hudson at Your Naples Facility. They helped make our transition from Our Devestated Condo Home due to hurricane Irma to a safe Haven at Simply Storage of our personal belongings. Their Professionalism and Courtesy's reflect Great Credit upon themselves and Your Company.They are Terrific Assets to your business. I am not even giving this location a one star rating. I was a customer and got rid of my unit back in July. We forgot to hand in our key so they charged me for an additional month. Once we returned our key, the onsite employee, Jennifer, told my husband that we did not owe anything, the charges would be removed. I also called to confirm, Jennifer assured me the charges would be removed. It is now almost December and I received a letter in the mail from COLLECTIONS for this unit in the amount of $76.00. My first notification since JULY that I owed anything, not to mention I was told TWICE that the charges were removed. Jennifer refuses to help, repeatedly telling me she has to email her manager. Its been two week and I have not heard back from anyone! Jennifer's mistake has now affected my credit score. I will never deal with this location again. You need to train your employees to be able to assist customers and teach them how to follow up with customers. I will never go back to this place.
