The manger Sasha is great! The place is in a decent area. I never had to worry about my unit being vandalized unlike other storage companies. Only complaints and the reason for the 3 stars... 
) I was not notify of my units price going up until days before hand and I really feel like the price increase was unnecessary.
) My unit had no food or anything in it but I still ended up infested with mice so I ended up throwing out a lot of my belongings.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The facultiy is clean and well maintained. I am glad I made the decision to go with them instead of the other facility I was looking at. Also the security entrance is a plus

This is a great storage facility!  They are very friendly and professional.  Our unit was clean and dry and it was easy to gain safe and secure access to our belongings!  I highly recommend Simply Self Storage on Needmore Road, Dayton, Ohio.  Ask for Sasha for fantastic customer service!

I came to simply self storage on 10/17/17, Miss Sasha was working this particular day, she was extremely sweet and explained everything to us. Made sure we knew all the "fine details" and asked us several times if we had any questions All around it was a great experience, not to mention the price is great!
