Stopped by today to check out prices, although I did not have a reservation, Dana was so friendly and helpful. She showed me a few units that she thought would fit my needs. She has excellent customer service skills. Will definitely be back when we are ready to store.

I just moved up here from Texas, and was very overwhelmed and found this facility. Dana was absolutely the most patient person in helping me choose what size storage room I needed. The facility is very clean and perfect for the price and they even have video surveillance. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I could not have found a storage facility any friendlier than this one.  Samye has a great attitude & is definitely a "people person."  If she was my employee, I would be more than honored.  She is a great person!

Extremely clean and we'll maintained facility. Samye was very helpful finding the right size unit, and very patient since I had my 2 small children with me also. They have great prices compared to other places in town, and definitely give you 5 star service!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I am a long time renter.  Recently my auto pay card expired.  After 4 days of trying to contact me,  they sent me a text.  I visited the location that day and paid the bill.  Only to find that they had put a 20 dollar fee for the problem. I asked person to remove fee and she said that she could not. So I asked to speak to her super, and was told they do not give out that number. Bottom line is, they would rather collect a fee than have a long time renter keep renting.
