Convenient location; I used two temperature controlled units for just over a year.  Always clean and neat and perfectly heated/cooled.  Best pricing in the area, especially for temperature controlled units.  But best part of all was management: extremely helpful, regularly went extra steps to make sure I had what I needed, where and when I needed it.  Thanks a million, Robert!

Mr Robert Maher the property manager is extremely courteous, efficient  and most of all friendly. I got a referral from a family member and I am  pleased with my decision to choose simply storage.

Reserved a unit. Manager told me he would be there until 6pm. I showed up at 4.45pm with a load on my truck only to have him tell me that he has another appt. @ 5pm so he couldn't let me have the unit I reserved. I remained nice & corteous but he just continued to be rude. Oh well, what goes around comes around. BBB.... HERE I COME!

My boyfriend and I moved from Atlanta and Rome Georgia to Augusta on short notice for jobs. Due to some circumstances,  we needed a storage unit very quickly. Simply self storage had some units available, thankfully. Later, we found we needed another unit for more of our belongings. They were kind enough to find us a unit close to the original unit. We found that their rates were fair! Their units are clean and easily accessible. 
We are moving our stuff from the storage units and have not had any issues (i.e. No bugs, our locks have NOT been tampered with, etc.). This company has been nothing but kind, and honest with us. That's hard to find with most companies in today's world. I do not have anything negative to report with this company, and would HIGHLY recommend it if you need a storage unit.
